Some people have developed healthy habits, some have what we call “bad habits”. In my opinion, bad habits are only the behaviours that affect us physically, mentally and emotionally and prevent us from having a normal life.
With the new situation we are going through, being stuck at home I’m sure you are bombarded with free workouts from home. You might expect me to do the same, but I will disappoint you; I will not upload or live stream anything because I value my clients too much and I want to make sure that you workout safe.
