I've trained with Miki for over a year now and always look forward to it. She's always so cheerful and encouraging and it makes the training so much more bearable. Her sessions are well thought out and not your typical moves. They are challenging with full range of motion working your full body. And there is always something new, I come away exhilarated and feel like I can accomplish anything. This is one amazing instructor with a skill set that can help you achieve any of your goals.”

Miki’s online classes are as infectious as if you were with her in person! Admittedly it was all abit strange at first, but with these difficult times, has also been very comforting to feel some normality and having her in your front room albeit on a screen!. Now, it’s a must! With the lack of confidence in going back to the gym, I so look forward to the now three classes a week (varied from Combat to injury prevention exercises amongst many others) and seeing Miki’s smile and passion shine through the screen, along with seeing all the other regular faces! Thank you for doing this Miki! 😊

I was drawn by Miki’s strength and energy to start personal training sessions. I was heavily inspired by the fact Miki, like me, had injuries but she’d trained in such a way to overcome certain challenges and I wanted in! She pushed me to do things I never knew or thought I’d be able to do because of my injury and found myself one day doing a 90kg deadlift! I genuinely love my sessions with Miki and she is now a friend as well as a trainer.”
