Being a fitness professional I should know better, you might think. Oh, I do know but because fitness is my primary and only job, I put my body under a lot of stress. I don’t have enough time for recovery, therefore I get injured. I basically train in pain everyday. Sometimes it is very unpleasant, especially when I’m tired.
