My one-to-one PT sessions are designed for those who want a more personal, hands-on approach to training. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, fitness, or overall well-being, these sessions provide focused support, expert guidance, and real-time feedback to help you achieve your goals efficiently.

Where Can You Train?

Flexibility is key, so you can choose the training environment that suits you best:

Outdoors in a Park : Enjoy fresh air while training in a natural setting, perfect for summer sessions.

In the Comfort of Your Own Home : If you prefer privacy or have limited time, I can bring the workout to you.

At a Gym : If you’re a member of a gym and want professional coaching within that space, I can work with you there.

In My Private Home Gym :  A more personal and focused setting without the distractions of a public gym, allowing for a comfortable and fully tailored experience.

What to Expect from Your Session?

Each session is available in 45-minute or 1-hour formats, structured around your individual needs and fitness level. Based on our initial consultation, I’ll design sessions that focus on the most effective exercises, techniques, and progressions to help you reach your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, enhancing mobility, or achieving fat loss.

Throughout your session, I’ll provide real-time coaching, motivation, and form corrections, ensuring you train safely and effectively while pushing towards your best results.

Flexible Payment Options

We understand that paying in full upfront does not work for everyone.

That is why we offer a choice at checkout: you can pay in full, or use Klarna or Clearpay to spread the cost.

You also have the option to use one of our PT session plans, which let you split the cost into 2 or 3 payments directly through our website.

These are not memberships in the usual sense. They are simply the easiest way for us to offer flexible payment options. You are not signing up to a rolling subscription, and there are no automatic renewals. Once the final payment is made, your access ends. It is a one-off purchase, with the cost spread in a way that works for you.
