These Digital Content Terms apply to all digital products, online content, livestreams, video libraries, on-demand classes, and downloadable materials provided by MikisGym (Miki Boca) through mikisgym.com.
By purchasing or accessing digital content, you agree to the following terms.
These terms operate alongside our General Purchase Terms and any service-specific Terms and Conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Definition of Digital Content
“Digital Content” includes:
• OnDemand video classes
• Streaming workout sessions
• Online training materials
• Downloadable guides or PDFs
• Livestream class recordings
• Access to members-only online libraries
The format may include video, audio, text, graphics, or mixed media.
2. Immediate Access and Digital Content Rights
By purchasing digital content, you:
• Consent to immediate access, and
• Acknowledge you lose the right to a cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once access is granted, digital products are non-refundable unless the content is defective.
3. Licence and Usage Restrictions
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the digital content for your own private use.
You must not:
• Share login details or give access to others
• Download, copy, or redistribute the content (unless a download is explicitly included)
• Upload content to any platform
• Use content for teaching, commercial, or public display
• Record livestream sessions or re-upload them anywhere
• Circumvent access controls or paywalls
MikisGym retains all intellectual property rights.
4. Access Period
Access length is stated at purchase.
It may be:
• A single download
• A fixed access period (e.g. 30 days)
• Rolling subscription access
• Lifetime access (where explicitly stated)
MikisGym may update or remove content for operational reasons. If content is permanently removed during an active paid access period, equivalent access will be offered.
5. Availability and Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet minimum requirements for accessing digital content.
MikisGym is not responsible for:
• Broadband issues
• Device limitations
• Third-party service interruptions
• Streaming quality affected by your network
If you cannot access content due to a technical fault on our side, we will restore access promptly.
6. Defective Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If digital content is faulty, corrupt, or unavailable due to an issue caused by MikisGym, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or re-delivery of the product.
Refunds may be issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.
7. Account Security
Your account details must be kept secure.
You must notify MikisGym immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Repeated unauthorised access or sharing may result in account suspension without refund.
8. Health Disclaimer
Digital fitness content is for general guidance only.
Always:
• Consult a medical professional before starting a new programme
• Train within your limits
• Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain
Digital content does not replace personalised medical or health advice.
9. Data Protection
Personal data used to provide digital content is handled under UK GDPR.
Payment information is handled securely via Stripe and is not stored by MikisGym.

MikisGym may update these terms or update the content library where necessary.
Changes will be posted on the website.
Continued use of digital content indicates acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
