Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life-changing transformations with clients. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.
How does Online Personal Training work?
Once I have had our initial consultation to discuss your goals, training history, diet and current fitness levels, I will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this in more detail and gives me all the information I need to create your Personal Schedule and Fitness Programme.
I will not just send you a generic plan and let you crack on, the plan I create for you will be specific to you, to help you achieve your fitness and body composition goals.
The fun does’t stop there, once you receive your plan I will be there to support, motivate and guide you every step of the way through your transformation with weekly check-ins, weekly feedback, regularly changing the plan as you develop and progress, with consistent contact by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
