With the new situation we are going through, being stuck at home I’m sure you are bombarded with free workouts from home. You might expect me to do the same, but I will disappoint you; I will not upload or live stream anything because I value my clients too much and I want to make sure that you workout safe. I am willing to give advice and train you outside as long as we are permitted.
Being a fitness professional I should know better, you might think. Oh, I do know but because fitness is my primary and only job, I put my body under a lot of stress.
