Many people are smiling when I mention Pilates ring. Some don’t understand how to use it, some think the exercises are too easy.

I have to admit that I underestimated the Pilates ring in the beginning, but using it regularly I have realized that the exercises are targeting small muscles and help stabilizing the the body by improving balance and core strength.
